Message and it will try and settle the Speed ( 750 I think from memory ) and then run the mixture at a Fixed amount..

The ECU will only enter "Idle" when the TPS is at .4 to .5 Volt, and the 'Idle Switch' is also made. There is also a prescribed Min/Max Engine temp that the ECU will let this happen. To Cold, and the Engine is still in warm up mode, To Hot and the ECU will Idle up and do funny things with fuel cut..
